Could you possibly recommend a good costume jewelry store in NYC.
(I know you live in Bosstown, but since you shop the lycra in NYC, I figure you might know)
I need a kryptonite ring (and maybe some kryptonite grills) by the 8th.
Are you looking for something that looks exactly like Kryptonite or just a green gemstone/crystal ring? If it’s the latter, I would’ve suggest GirlProps on Prince Street, though apparently they closed shop a few months ago [note: you can still order from the site]. My other suggestion is to go to one of the trim shops on W 38th and get some bright green rhinestones to glue onto a ring base.
If you want something that looks more like Kryptonite, I would go to a toy/craft store that sells gemstones [like amethyst and fool’s gold and the like] and paint them green.
And if all else fails, you can ask Batman to borrow his ring.
