I know that it’s been a little quiet on Fashion Tips From Comic Strips lately, but last night, I found a large stash of 90’s Batman accessories while I was unpacking some of my boxes.

Spotted at Claire’s: glittery* superhero jewelry!

I don’t usually shop at Claire’s**, but I popped in for some reason*** and I spotted a selection of superheroic jewelry, featuring Supergirl, Batgirl, and Wonder Woman! Here were some of my favorite pieces:

  • Batgirl necklace [available in purple and black], $9.50
  • Batgirl knuckle duster [available in black and purple], $7.50
  • Supergirl necklace [available in blue], $
  • Supergirl ring [available in magenta], $8.50
I’m a bit picky about wearing glittery accessories, however, the purple glittery Bat-symbols remind me of Yvonne Craig’s Batgirl costume, so yeah.

While I was packing, I found the greatest accessories you’ve never heard of! I originally commissioned these for my Booster Gold Fan Club President ensemble at NYCC 2011, but nowadays, they occasionally reside on my jacket lapels and purses. Anyway, since I will be focusing on moving all week and then heading to NYC for the long weekend, I figured that I’d open my Ask box for any inquiries/messages (perhaps I’ll even respond to some of them at the end of the week in video form!). So hit me up with some questions~!(Side note: send all personal/non-comics/fashion-related questions here ♡)
