Button Sets, by Ming Doyle
In case you wanted to spruce up your outfit with a touch of Ming Doyle’s beautiful artwork, Ming created these awesome button sets, which will be on sale at HeroesCon.
Styling suggestion: Pin the World’s Finest buttons on the Wonder Motif Tote, to complete the Trinity :)
Batman & Gotham brooches, from I’m Your Present.
I acquired these vintage Batman brooches from Kelly (of I’m Your Present) a few years ago. The Bat-symbol brooch is a permanent fixture on one of my cardigans, while the Gotham brooch shows up sporadically in some of my ensembles.
Archie’s GoodWoodNYC Jewelry Too Cool For (Riverdale High) School [link]
Brooklyn-based designer GoodWoodNYC pulls inspiration from the coolest kids in Riverdale in their latest collaboration with Archie Comics. Known for incorporating a unique style of engraved woodwork in all of their products, GoodWoodNYC further immortalizes the classic iconography of Archie and the gang in the form a modern collection of jewelry, accessories, and home decor.
The highlights of the collection include a chic pendant of Jughead’s signature crown, a Comic Strip bracelet featuring tiny engraved wooden portraits of the Riverdale crew, and a pin set that includes both Betty and Veronica (for those of us who are just as indecisive as Archie himself).
