California Fleece Cape, by American Apparel, $39.00 [on sale on HauteLook]

One of my favorite fashion focal points during the Fall season is wearing a cape as outerwear, especially American Apparel’s California Fleece Cape, which is available in a variety of colors. I could totally see someone channeling Doctor Doom with the Forest cloak, while the Imperial Purple cape could definitely deliver some Raven REALNESS, especially with a set of matching cloak button clasps.

I ran into this girl rocking an ensemble inspired by megarinri’s redesign of Raven in Artist Alley. I love how she swapped the cloche hat for more of a Raven-esque hood.

Teen Titans x Converse sneakers, $35.99 [available at Journeys]
Teen Titans Robin x Converse sneakers, $37 [available at Converse]

Last Wednesday, I was invited to an event at the Converse store in SoHo, where I got an exclusive sneak peek on the latest and upcoming additions to the Converse x DC Comics collection. The shoes that immediately caught my eye were the Teen Titans Chucks, based off of the designs from the Teen Titans Go! cartoon series. While I wasn’t an avid fan of TTG!, I’m thrilled that Converse finally released kicks featuring my favorite sidekick.

Unfortunately, these Teen Titans sneakers are only available in youth sizes at the moment. Now, I know that I can’t be the only adult who wants Robin sneakers, right?*

Side note: the motif on the inner tongue of the Robin sneakers is killing me. I require a pair of Chucks with an allover Robin symbol motif ASAP.

Cuz cloches are so sassy and in… well at least I think because I’ve been seeing tons in store. I also have one OTL. Anyway you can find a purple cloche at Target, the brand is called Mossimo I believe and it’s around $14.Hat is OP. Purple bolero. If you don’t like hats or boleros, I suggest wear an over-sized hooded cardigan or a hoodie for a casual look. Circular red gem broach (as seen on hat but you can pin it on where ever). You can either buy one or make one. Broach is OP but highly suggested because it’s usually part of Raven’s costume. Dark colored a line strapless dress. + Waist belt. Golden or yellow colored preferably. + Classy tights. Try to get a more grayer color. (lovely pattern found on google images) Purple or black crop boots. If you really want the purple and can’t find one, just buy a pair of black ones and spray paint them purple. Heels or no heels, either one will work. Accessorize! STARFIRE’S OUTFIT. UNF. I NEED THOSE PAISLEY TIGHTS. 4. Raven looks so good in orange. And that 60’s bob is so divine. 5. I love Beast Boy’s minimalist all-white ensemble paired up with an iconic Austin Powers-esque intersex pendant. On a side note, I would totally go see them in concert. [Teen Titans Go! #38]
